Patching instructions

  1. Obtain your own legally dumped copy of the required base game.
  2. Verify that it matches: 1986 - Pokemon Emerald (U)(TrashMan) ROM
  3. Extract the downloaded .zip archive.
  4. Apply the included .ups file with a compatible UPS patcher.
  5. Open the newly patched file in a compatible GBA emulator or flash cartridge.

Troubleshooting

If patching fails, confirm that the base ROM is clean and matches the required region/hash. Check spam or promotions folders if the email does not arrive, then request it again after a few minutes.
